Born and raised in Taiwan, Chef Mori grew up in a culture where food is the universal language of care. However, finding authentic, high-quality Taiwanese flavors that aligned with a modern, health-conscious lifestyle in the US was a challenge. Driven by a desire to bridge this gap, Mori founded ImMöri Concept. 生長於台灣,Mori 深知食物是華人文化中傳遞關懷的通用語言。然而,在美國的現代生活中,要找到既能保留道地台式風味,又符合健康飲食原則的料理並非易事。為了填補這個缺口,Mori 創立了 永森概念。
Mori’s philosophy is simple yet uncompromising: "You are what you eat." Dining shouldn't be a choice between flavor and wellness. By deconstructing classic Taiwanese recipes and rebuilding them with premium, seasonal ingredients, Mori creates dishes that comfort the soul without burdening the body.
